All orders for worldwide delivery are shipped via DHL on a next day service before 12 for orders placed before midday.

 

 

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION DISPATCH TIMING OF ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday the same working day, any orders placed after midday will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible.

 

 

USING A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you don't think you'll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better - for example, your work address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page, under Shipping Address.

 

 

IF YOU AREN'T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES

Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

 

 

IF THERE ARE DELAYS

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we'll email you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery arrangements.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If your purchase is faulty, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We do not refund change of mind purchases, however you can exchange the item for something else of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery. If you don't see anything you would like to exchange, we will provide a credit note for the total value. Credit notes are valid for one year from the transaction date.

There are only two exceptions to our 14 days guarantee:

Books and prints are non exchangeable but you are entitled to a refund.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Please email us at online@exinfinitas.com for further instructions on how to initiate a return.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer from finding out.
